Nutrition Counselling with Registered Dietitians
In our weight loss program, an expert dietitian specializing in weight management will guide you through creating your personalized plan to achieve sustained weight loss. Your Dietitian will guide to get to the root drivers of your over-eating patterns by utilizing their training from CBT, mindset coaching, emotional regulation, and binge eating. You will learn the skills to sustain your new healthy habits for life!

Victoria Upshaw RD
Victoria has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian in Ontario for close to 20 years. She has spent the majority of her career in chronic disease prevention and management, and also specializes in binge eating disorder treatment. She has training in CBT/DBT tools to facilitate her clients in doing the work while creating a supportive atmosphere. Victoria is dedicated to helping her clients find solutions that work for them and dismantles food rules that become barriers to lasting change. Victoria believes in the power of good nutrition while recognizing its place in the larger puzzle of health. She understands, as a busy mom of 4, how living in our fast-paced world can leave little time for self care. With a gentle style of counselling she helps challenge her clients to rethink and reimagine how they too can live the life they dream of.

Tedi Nikova RD MPH
Tedi is a our Lead Dietitian, and specializes in weight management, PCOS, menopause and women's health. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to reach their healthiest self while living their most fulfilling life. Tedi also applies coaching tools from CBT and ACT to assist clients in uncovering the root drivers for overeating patterns, such as stress and emotional eating. Tedi believes in seeking permanent solutions for weight management that go beyond strict food rules.
Tedi's Special Interests:
- Weight loss (Women, Men, Post-pregnancy)
- Nutrition management for PCOS, Menopause, and Hypothyroidism
- Developing a nutrition plan to support Obesity treatment (Anti-Obesity Medications (Ozempic, Contrave, Saxenda, Wegovy), and post-Bariatric surgery)
- Menopause and women’s health
Ina Benkova RD MPH
Ina is a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Ontario, specializing in emotional eating and binge eating disorder. She has additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Ina also specializes in Chronic Disease Management, with expertise in managing PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, and Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors (including high cholesterol and high blood pressure). She creates a supportive space for men and women to overcome challenges, heal their relationship with food, and achieve lasting change.
Ina's Special Interests:
- Binge or compulsive eating patterns and the binge-and-restrict cycle
- Emotional eating through cognitive and dialectical behavioural therapy skills
